Core processing and interaction design
The device uses a high-performance 32-bit ARM microprocessor, which can complete signal processing and intelligent control in real time, providing core computing power support for the stable operation of the equipment. It is also equipped with an LCD display in Chinese and English, creating a friendly human-machine interface (HMI), which greatly simplifies the operation process and takes into account the technical performance and ease of use of the equipment.
Residual current protection and dynamic regulation
In terms of residual current (leakage) protection, the device supports online setting of residual current levels and has a reclosing function, which can flexibly adapt to the protection needs of different scenarios; in addition, the device can monitor and track the residual current of the line in real time, and automatically adjust the protection level according to actual conditions. While providing precise protection, it effectively guarantees the operation rate and reliability of the product.
Multiple protection functions and parameter management
The device has a complete protection system, including long-delay, short-delay, and instantaneous three-stage protection (using an electronic tripping method that is independent of the power supply voltage), as well as overvoltage, undervoltage, and phase loss protection. It also has a high breaking capacity to ensure the reliability of line short-circuit protection. At the same time, it supports online setting and modification of protection functions and parameters, and can also identify and display trip types such as residual current, lock, overload, undervoltage, overvoltage, and phase loss, and store, query, and delete related records to facilitate user management and fault tracing.
Expanded functionality and communication capabilities
The network model of the device has communication functions, which can realize remote communication, telemetry, remote control and remote adjustment to meet the needs of intelligent remote management. In addition, it also provides optional plug-in lightning protection modules and infrared communication functions. Users can flexibly expand the device's protection capabilities and data transmission methods according to actual usage scenarios, thereby improving the device's adaptability and practicality.
