Air Circuit Breaker TDW1

TDW1 series air circuit breaker is suitable for distribution network with frequency of AC 50Hz, rated current of 630A-6300A, rated insulation voltage of 1000V with rated operational voltages of 400V and 690v, which is used to distribute electric energy and protect lines and power supply equipment from the faults such as overload, undervoltage, short circuit, and single-phase earth faults. It can also be used as an isolating switch. Circuit breaker has a variety of protection functions, which provides precise selective protection, reduces unnecessary outages, and enhances power supply reliability and safety. Circuit breakers rated at 1000A and below can be used for infrequent motor starting, with built-in protection functions.

    Normal Working and Installation Conditionsr

    ◆The upper limit of ambient temperature should not exceed+40℃,while the lower limit of ambient temperature should not belower than-5℃; and the 24h average temperature should not exceed+35℃;
    Note:
    1)If the ambient temperature exceeds+40℃,the volume should be reduced.See the relevant volume reduction coefficient part of this manual;
    2)Products with the upper limit of ambient air temperature not exceeding+60℃ and the lower limit not lower than-25℃ can be specially ordered;
    ◆Altitude:The altitude of the installation site does not exceed 2000m,and reference can be made to the high altitude volume reduction coefficient;
    ◆Atmospheric conditions:When the ambient air temperature is +40℃,the relative humidity of the air does not exceed 50%,and higher humidity can be allowed at lower temperature,for example,t can reach 90%at+20℃.Special measures should be adopted for condensation occasionally caused by temperature variation;
    ◆Pollution   level:3;
    ◆Installtion category:The  installation category of main circuit  (including  undervoltage trip coil  is of class V;Control circuit and auxiliary circuit are of class Ⅲ;
    ◆Insallaion conditions:The circuit-breaker shall be installed according to the requirements of the manual,and the vertical inclination of thee circuit-breaker shall not exceed 5°;
    ◆Requirements of installation protection leve:IP30 and IP40(which are installed in the cabinet room with door frame and plexiglass cover);
    ◆Usage category.A or B.
